Ingredients
Pichaya Bamboo Shoot Slices 1 can (565g)
Pichaya Basil Stir-Fry Sauce 4 tbsp
Chicken 150 g
Water 5 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
 
Directions
1.
Heat oil in a wok or a pan. Add chicken and Pichaya Basil Stir Fry Sauce. Stir until the chicken is cooked.
2.
Add Pichaya Bamboo Shoot Slices and water into the wok. Stir well.
3.
Serve hot with cooked Pichaya Jasmine Rice.
Optional : For less spicy dish, reduce Pichaya Basil Stir-Fry Sauce to 3 tbsp and add 1 tbsp of Pichaya Fish Sauce.
