Heat oil in a wok or a pan. Add chicken and Pichaya Basil Stir Fry Sauce. Stir until the chicken is cooked. |

Add Pichaya Bamboo Shoot Slices and water into the wok. Stir well. |

Serve hot with cooked Pichaya Jasmine Rice. |

For less spicy dish, reduce Pichaya Basil Stir-Fry Sauce to 3 tbsp and add 1 tbsp of Pichaya Fish Sauce. |
