Heat the oil in a frying pan. |

Stir fry the chicken until well cooked. |

Then add in dried chili, cashew nuts, water chestnut together with Pichaya Cashew Nuts Stir-fry Sauce. |

Stir all the ingredients together until the sauce is well combined. Serve hot with Pichaya Jasmine Rice. |

Bell pepper can be used instead of dried chili. |
