Ingredients
Roasted Cashew Nuts 50 g
Chicken 100 g
Pichaya Waterchestnuts in Light Syrup 100 g
Pichaya Cashew Nuts Stir-Fry Sauce 2 tbsp
Dried Chili 1
Green Onion (1 inch long) 200 g
Oil 2 tbsp
 
Directions
1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2.
Stir fry the chicken until well cooked.
3.
Then add in dried chili, cashew nuts, water chestnut together with Pichaya Cashew Nuts Stir-fry Sauce.
4.
Stir all the ingredients together until the sauce is well combined. Serve hot with Pichaya Jasmine Rice.
Optional :
Bell pepper can be used instead of dried chili.
