Ingredients
Pichaya Chu Chee Curry Paste 7 tbsp (105g)
Pichaya Coconut Milk 400 ml (1 can)
Sea Bass Fillet (sliced) * 500 g
Vegetable Oil 3 tbsp
Pichaya Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves (thinly sliced) 2
   
* Grouper or other type of sea fish can be used, if preferred.
 
Directions
1.
On a medium heat, fry Pichaya Chu Chee Curry Paste with the vegetable oil for about one minute.
2.
Add in the fish fillets, Pichaya Fish Sauce, sugar, and cook until the fish meat is done.
3.
Top with sliced kaffir lime leaves .
4.
Serve with Pichaya100% Thai Jasmine Rice for a really spicy Authentic Southern style Thai Meal.
