Ingredients
Cantaloupe

Pichaya Coconut Milk Lite
2 cups
Sugar
3 tbsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
 
Directions
1.
Simmer Pichaya Coconut Milk Lite on medium heat
(Do not bring to a boil)
2.
Add sugar and salt, stir well.
3.
Let cool.
4.
Arrange Cantaloupe in a serving bowl and pour the sweeten coconut milk on the fruit.
5.
Top with crushed ice and serve or refrigerate & serve chilled.
