Ingredients
Pichaya Kernel Corn 425 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Water 3/4 cup
Tempura Flour 1 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 cup
 
Directions
1.
Drain Pichaya Kernel Corn, set aside.
2.
In a bowl, dissolve tempura flour with water. Add sugar and salt. Stir well.
3.
Add Pichaya Kernel Corn in the bowl, stir well.
4.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
5.
Dollop the corn mixture into the hot pan.
6.
Fry until golden on both sides.
7.
Take out the fritters and put on a paper towel covered plate. Let cool.
8.
Serve with Pichaya Sweet Chili Sauce.
