Drain Pichaya Kernel Corn, set aside. |

In a bowl, dissolve tempura flour with water. Add sugar and salt. Stir well. |

Add Pichaya Kernel Corn in the bowl, stir well. |

Heat oil in a frying pan. |

Dollop the corn mixture into the hot pan. |

Fry until golden on both sides. |

Take out the fritters and put on a paper towel covered plate. Let cool. |

Serve with Pichaya Sweet Chili Sauce. |
