Ingredients
Pichaya Rice Stick
100g (Soak for 10 mins)
Pichaya Bean Sprouts

Hard Tofu (Diced)
50 g
Pichaya Pad Thai Sauce
5 tbsp
Chinese Chives
30 g
Ground Peanuts
1/2 tsp
Shrimp
100g (About 8 pieces)
Oil
2 tbsp
Lime
1/2
Egg
1
 
Directions
1.
In a wok, heat oil and add tofu, shrimp and egg. Stir well.
2.
Add noodles and Pichaya Pad Thai Sauce. Stir.
3.
Add Pichaya Bean Sprouts and chinese chives. Stir Well
4.
Serve hot with grounded peanuts and lime.
