Ingredients
Pichaya Jasmine Rice (cooked) 3 cups
Pichaya Pineapple Fried Rice Sauce 2 tbsp
Shrimps (peeled) 200 g
Pichaya Pineapple Pieces 150 g
Pichaya Baby Corn 50 g
Green Bell Pepper (cubes) 25 g
Red Bell Pepper (cubes) 25 g
 
Directions
1.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2.
Add in the garlic and onion and fry until fragrant.
3.
Put in the shrimps, baby corn, pineapple pieces, and the bell peppers.
4.
Cook till the shrimps are done.
5.
Add in the cooked rice and the Pichaya Pineapple Fried Rice Sauce.
6.
Stir until the sauce is well mixed with the rice. Serve hot.
