| Directions |

On a medium heat, fry Pichaya Red Curry Paste
with the vegetable oil for about one minute. |

Add the Pichaya Coconut Milk and stir until it is well combined with the curry paste. |

Add the meat and cook until the meat is done. Stir occasionally. |

Add Pichaya Bamboo Shoot, Pichaya Fish Sauce, sugar, and simmer for about 10 minutes. |

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and chili. |
