Ingredients  
Pichaya Red Curry Paste 3 tbsp (45 g)
Pichaya Coconut Milk 200 ml
Pichaya Bamboo Shoot Slices 100 g
Beef (thinly sliced)* 250 g
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Pichaya Fish Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Fresh Basil Leaves Garnish
Fresh Chili Garnish
   
* Chicken, Pork, Fish, Shrimp, or Seafood can be used, if preferred.
 
Directions
1.
On a medium heat, fry Pichaya Red Curry Paste
with the vegetable oil for about one minute.
2.
Add the Pichaya Coconut Milk and stir until it is well combined with the curry paste.
3.
Add the meat and cook until the meat is done. Stir occasionally.
4.
Add Pichaya Bamboo Shoot, Pichaya Fish Sauce, sugar, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
5.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and chili.
6.
Serve with Pichaya100% Thai Jasmine Rice for a really spicy Authentic Style Thai Meal.
