Ingredients
Pichaya Jasmine Rice (cooked)
4 cups
Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp
Pichaya Spicy Seafood Sauce
5 tbsp
Crab (cooked & cut into pieces)
300 g
Squid (sliced)
200 g
Shrimp (peeled)
100 g
Pichaya Light Soy Sauce
3 tbsp
Vegetable Oil
3 tbsp
Sweet Basil Leaves
to garnish

Directions
1.
Heat the oil in a hot pan. Fry the garlic until fragrant.
2.
Add in the seafoods and cook until done.
3.
Add in the rice, Pichaya Spicy Seafood Sauce and Pichaya Light Soy Sauce and stir until the ingredients are well mixed.
4.
Garnish with sweet basil leaves. Serve hot.
