Ingredients
Chicken Wings 1/2 kg
Pichaya Sweet Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Pichaya Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Garlic (crushed) 2 cloves
 
Directions
1.
Place the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl.
2.
Add in Pichaya Sweet Soy Sauce, Pichaya Light Soy Sauce, black pepper, and garlic. Mix well.
3.
Marinade the chicken wings with the soy sauce mixture for 30 minutes.
4.
Grill or bake the wings at 275°F for 20 minutes or until the wings are fully cooked.
5.
Serve hot with any one of Pichaya spicy chili sauces.
