Ingredients

Pichaya Tapioca Pearls (small)

1 cup

Pichaya Tapioca Flour

3 tbsp
Pandan Juice
½ cup

White coconut (grated)

2 cups

Sugar

1 ½ cups

Salt

½ tsp
Water 2 cups 

Special Utensil: Foil Cups, Steamer

 
Directions
1.
Sautee the grated coconut and salt together in a frying pan and then steam it until heated through and set aside.
2.
Bring water to a boil, add tapioca pearls, sugar and tapioca flour. Stir continuously and pour in the pandan juice..
3.
Pour the mixed tapioca pearls in foil cups. Steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes or until well done. Sprinkle with salted coconut and serve.
Serve                : 4

25 minutes

Tip                     :
