Ingredients
Pichaya Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
425 g (15 oz)
Lime Juice
3 tsp
Shallot
3 tsp
Green Onion
3 tsp
Coriander
3 tsp
Chili (chopped)
optional
 
 
Directions
1.
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl with Pichaya Mackerels in Tomato Sauce. Toss lightly.
2.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
3.
Garnish with coriander.
