Ingredients
Pichaya Tuna Chunks Light Meat in Sunflower Oil 185 g
Pichaya Basil Stir-Fry Sauce 1 tbsp
Baby Corn (Slice into Strips ) 20 g
Carrot (Slice into Strips) 20 g
Bell Pepper (Red, Yellow, Green) 10 g
Basil Leaves 5 Leaves
 
Directions
1.
Drain half the oil from the Tuna.
2.
In a pan, stir fry Pichaya Tuna Chunks Light Meat in Sunflower Oil with Pichaya Basil Stir-Fry Sauce.
3.
Then, add carrot, bell pepper, Pichaya Baby Corn and basil leaves. Stir-fry until well cooked.
4.
Garnish with basil leaves. Serve hot with Pichaya Jasmine Rice.
